This Site is intended solely for users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older, and users of the Site under 18 who are currently in high school or college. Any registration by, use of or access to the Site by anyone under 13, or by anyone who is under 18 and not in high school or college, is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Use.

No personal information is solicited or stored in any manner.

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct. Such conduct is unacceptable and may result in termination of your use of the Web site:

  • Modifying, adapting, sublicensing, translating, selling, reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any portion of the Web site. Removal of Personal Information Your use of this Site and decision to provide

    • Personal Information is completely your choice. Since we do not share or sell your information with third party advertisers, you do not need to "opt out," that is, you do not need to tell us not to share your Personal Information in that manner. However, you will have the opportunity with each email communication to unsubscribe from our mailing list. In addition, if you have provided Personal Information to us and would like that information removed from our database, please notify us in writing at sfcom@yahoo.com.

    Upon receipt of your request, we will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request. Removal of your Personal Information from our database will mean that you may not be eligible for certain activities for which the Personal Information is needed, such as newsletters and contests.
